Development Plan

Over the next ten years, some 5.9 million square feet of new buildings will be erected on campus. The number of students and employees will increase by 8,000. A master plan prepared by Ayers Saint Gross will guide campus development in an environmentally sensitive manner over the next 50 years. An even more detailed description of plans for the next 10 years is contained in the Development Plan.

The Development Plan includes a description of proposed activities and an outline of impacts and mitigation strategies as relates to noise and lighting, environment, transportation, pedestrian circulation, stormwater management, public utilities, historic district and perimeter transition areas.
