- Concern is growing that CO2 is a green house warming gas. The
snow cleaning process does not contribute new CO2 to the atmosphere.
The CO2 gas used for cleaning is a byproduct of other industrial
processes and it can be recycled.
- The contaminant removed will be concentrated at the location where the
snow flakes sublimate. This facilitates waste collection and disposal.
- Waste disposal requirements depend on the type and amounts of soil
removed. The process is not designed for heavy soil loadings, therefore
waste quantities should be minimal.
