The trial between Amber Heard and her ex-husband, Johnny Deep, ended after several weeks and the consequences of this legal clash between the two artists seem not to stop. And it is that one of the direct consequences of the legal conflict is that Heard’s participation in some productions is in danger.
According to some rumors and reports, Amber Heard is removed from the movie Aquaman 2, a sequel to the DC movie where she co-starred with Jason Momoa.
In the role of Mera, Heard could have had a future in more DC Universe productions, since in the comics Mera not only plays the role of Aquaman’s wife, but is also linked to other organizations, such as the Justice League, something that Heard will no longer be able to access apparently.

And it is that the possibility that the actress is erased as a character, could break the tradition of Mera in the DC Universe as can be seen in the comics. This is just one possibility that media like TheDirect have echoed.
One of the most notorious rumors is related to the elimination of all Amber Heard’s scenes as Mera in Aquaman 2, to which is added the relationship between the actress and Jason Momoa, which apparently was not the best.

It should be remembered that Amber Heard has played Mera since 2017, when she appeared in Justice League, to later appear in Aquaman and was expected to be present in the sequel, but due to the trial with Johnny Deep, it seems that she is out of the production of this film.
