Cranberry sauce for turkey

So that you have all your guests happy, here we leave you the recipe of one of the traditional dishes that gives extra juiciness to the Turkey.

Ingredients:

  • 350 gr. fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 125 gr. of sugar
  • 175 ml. orange juice
  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of grated ginger
  • 1 pinch of cloves, grated

preparation:

  1. To enjoy this rich cranberry sauceThe first thing to do is wash the fruit very well and check that they are all in good condition, if not, it is better to discard that blueberry.
  2. Put them in a pot with the sugar, orange juice, ginger, ground cinnamon and cloves.
  3. Over medium-high heat, wait for it to come to a boil and lower the heat to a minimum.
  4. After approximately 12 minutes, the blueberries should already be broken, stir so they do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
  5. Once all the blueberries are well undone, turn off the heat and add the zest and orange. Stir and set aside to enjoy with the turkey.
