  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sweetener
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • Candied peanuts


  1. In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla and sweetener.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream until it rises.
  3. Mix gently and put in a glass, decorate. Refrigerate until serving.
