One of the most famous Italian cocktails in the world is the Negroni, a classic on the palate of lovers of a good aperitif. In 1919, Count Camilo Negroni, who only ordered American preparations made with Campari and martini rosso, put a twist on the drink that lasts for years and has a week dedicated in his honor. To enjoy it, you only need three ingredients in equal parts: gin, red vermouth and Campari.
- 1 ounce of Gin Bulldog
- 1 ounce red vermouth or Cinzano Rosso
- 1 ounce Campari
- A slice of orange.
- One ounce of each of the ingredients is the most recommended to have a delicious Negroni.
- Pour the ingredients into a short Old Fashioned style glass with plenty of ice and mix to blend well.
- Decorate with a slice of orange.
All the tradition of this drink can be celebrated in the Negroni Week or Negroni Week (from September 13 to 19), an opportunity for connoisseurs and interested parties to taste and learn more about this cocktail.
Although tribute is paid to him around the world, in Peru you can enjoy the hand of the best bartenders visiting the restaurants and bars that will participate in the event: Osaka, Che Chá, La Cuadra del Salvador, Hotel B, Mattoni, Fuego, Nomads – First Stop, La Gintonería, Osso, Intro, Lady Bee, Bottega Dasso, La Linterna, Mercado del Pilar, Ostería Convivium, Isolina, Contra, Astrid and Gaston, Don Nico and Saha.
